G&A Partners Earns its 16th Feature on the Inc. 5000 List
After first making its debut in 2004, G&A Partners has consistently made the Inc. 5000 list of America’s top private companies for 16 years. To date, it is the only professional employer organization (PEO)—and the only firm based out of Texas—to rank so highly on the annual fast-growth list for so many years running.
Over the past three years, G&A has maintained a growth rate of 123%, which earned it the No. 3,075 spot on the list in 2021, moving it up 22 spots from its ranking at No. 3,097 in 2020.
Despite a small loss of revenue growth in 2020 caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the firm has been able to continue its mission of delivering world-class HR services that empower people to achieve their dreams and pursue their passions.
In 2020, at a time when many companies—including several of its clients—were laying off or furloughing workers, G&A’s owners decided to forgo their salaries for three months, and the firm’s executive officers took a reduced salary for several months to prevent that fate for their employees. These actions, combined with other cost-cutting measures, enabled G&A to ride out the worst of the 2020 economic slump.
Now, with nearly 500 employees nationwide, G&A Partners is resuming its plans to grow and expand into new markets. In January of 2021, the firm acquired XMI, a Nashville-based provider of human resources and accounting outsourcing services. XMI is the firm's ninth acquisition completed in the past three years.
“We are fortunate the PEO industry fared quite well relative to other industries in the time of a global pandemic,” says G&A President and CEO John W. Allen. “I am very proud to lead such an amazing group of people, and I look forward to working closely with them as we continue to grow our business and help our clients achieve their dreams, too.”
