G&A’s Chad Simpson Talks PEO, Compliance, Service on Healthcare Podcast
G&A Partners’ Chad Simpson, vice president of sales in North Texas, joined host Cary Hall on the America’s Healthcare Advocate podcast to discuss how G&A differs from other HR outsourcing options.
In the episode “Why a PEO is Great for Business: HR, Payroll, Workers’ Comp, Tax Compliance & More,” Simpson discusses how professional employer organizations (PEOs) work, the challenge of regulatory compliance for business owners, G&A’s best-in-class customer service, and more.
“It can get a little bit confusing because it’s a very saturated marketplace when it comes to outsourcing HR,” says Simpson on the podcast. “When we came into the marketplace, we came in as a PEO – professional employer organization. And our goal is to do everything, soup to nuts, for the small-business owner.”
Often, business owners will begin outsourcing different aspects of their business to different vendors, Simpson says, but “things fall through the cracks because no one is communicating. You assume that things are getting done, and they’re not.”
This can lead to companies learning months or even years later that they are noncompliant, such as missing key tax filing deadlines.
Simpson also shares how G&A values client feedback through the Net Promoter Score, which asks clients to rate how likely they are to refer G&A to another person. They also have the option to share why they chose their rating.
“We typically stay in the high 60s, which means that we’re one of the best service companies in the world compared to others,” says Simpson. “And we’re at the top of the echelon when it comes to PEOs.”
