How to prepare for the call
Once you’ve filled out the form, one of our Business Advisors will contact you in less than an hour (or within one business day for inquiries received outside normal business hours). Based on the information you provide in the form, we’ll come prepared to discuss your needs and answer questions you might have about how G&A can address your challenges and help you achieve your goals. We understand your days are busy. To make the most of your call with a G&A Business Advisor, it’s helpful if you’re ready to discuss your company’s pain points and goals.
Identify Pain Points
In preparation for the call, we recommend you make a list of the things you wish you could improve that would:
- Make your employees happier and more productive
- Help your business reach the next level
We don’t expect you to know all the ins and outs of HR or compliance, but noting that you need FMLA compliance assistance, for example, or help creating a better onboarding program for new employees, will allow us to pull together some information before the call so we can make the most of your time.
Identify Company Goals
At G&A, we love to solve problems. At the same time, we want to provide proactive solutions that help your business grow and succeed. Let us know your goals—what you want to achieve—and we’ll come prepared to talk through the solutions we provide that can help you get there.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
You’re in need of HR support, but how do you know where to start? Whether it’s your first experience with a PEO or you’re considering several options, we hope the answers below will help.
What will my costs cover, and how much should I expect to pay?
Most PEOs charge for their services in one of two ways: either as a percentage of total payroll or as a flat per-employee-per-year (PEPY) fee. In both of these cases, the exact price or rate will often depend on which pre-set bundle of services you select, and we can break your prospective package down so you can clearly see which services are included.
What kind of service can I expect?
When you hire G&A as your PEO, we become an extension of your business. As the employer of record for your employees, it’s our job to answer any questions you and your team have about employment-related matters. That’s why it’s important to know who will be servicing your account on a day-to-day basis.
Based on the services you need, we’ll help you understand how your relationship with G&A will work and how your G&A Client Advocate and our team will support you and your employees every step of the way.
If I decide to move forward with G&A services, what are the next steps and how long will the transition to G&A services take?
You will first sign a Client Service Agreement (CSA), and then the onboarding process will begin. This generally lasts about 4-6 weeks, although this timeline is often shorter.
