Ultimately, leveraging AI can be a game-changer for recruiting teams as a tool, but human connection should always remain top priority.

“The success of AI systems relies heavily on the quality of the data and the guidance provided by people, with experience, intuition, and personal interaction remaining key to achieving the best outcomes,” says Martin.
