Houston Chronicle Recognizes G&A Partners With Top Workplaces 2024 Award
The Houston Chronicle awarded G&A Partners a Top Workplaces 2024 honor. With over 700 total employees, 213 of whom are based in Houston, G&A was ranked 18th on the Midsize Business list.
The award honors small, medium, and large companies and is given by the Houston Chronicle and its partner, Energage, a culture technology firm that specializes in employee engagement and workplace improvement research. The award is based entirely on survey responses from Houston employees.
“To say that we are honored is an understatement,” says John W. Allen, CEO and President at G&A Partners. “As our team continues to grow, so does our commitment to ensuring our employees love what they do and have a work environment that allows them to thrive. We pride ourselves on putting people first by caring for our employees and clients as if they were family. Words cannot express the gratitude felt being named a Top Workplace by the Houston Chronicle for the seventh time, especially given that the award is based solely on employee feedback.”
The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling respected & supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
