G&A Partners Earns its 17th Feature on the Inc. 5000 List

After making its debut in 2004, G&A Partners has made the Inc. 5000 list of America’s top private companies for the 17th straight year. To date, it is the only professional employer organization (PEO)—and the only Texas-based firm—to rank so highly on the annual fast-growth list for so many years running. The list represents a one-of-a-kind look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent businesses.

Despite the ongoing pandemic and the Great Resignation, G&A has maintained a growth rate of 112%, which earned it the No. 4,162 spot on the list in 2022. The ranking also placed G&A in the No. 386 spot in Texas, No. 180 spot in Human Resources, and No. 64 spot in Houston.

The companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 have not only been successful, but have also demonstrated resilience amid supply chain woes, labor shortages, and the ongoing impact of COVID-19.

Now, with over 650 employees nationwide, G&A Partners is resuming its plans to grow and expand into new markets. In March 2022, the firm acquired Employer Advantage, a Joplin, Missouri-based provider of human resource services. Employer Advantage is the 10th and largest acquisition that G&A Partners has completed in the past four years. In June 2022, the firm acquired Focus OneSource in Des Moines, Iowa, a human resource services provider in Iowa and Nebraska. Focus OneSource is the 11th acquisition that G&A Partners has made over the last four years.

The Houston Chronicle reports that the Inc. 5000 list includes 468 Texas companies, with 85 Houston-based companies from a range of industries making the list. G&A Partners is one of four Houston-area human resources firms, the Chronicle reports.
