G&A’s CRO Allen Featured on PEO Speedwagon Podcast
G&A Partners’ Chief Revenue Officer John G. Allen is featured on a recent episode of the PEO Speedwagon podcast, hosted by PEOMG’s Ryan Shapiro and Rick Johnson.
On the podcast, Allen discusses the company’s focus on client service and its recent growth, which includes a focus on client support to maintain already high client retention rates.
“We are laser-focused on NPS [Net Promoter Score] and that’s something that we’ve been doing for the better part of five-plus years,” says Allen, who has been with G&A since 2009. “We want to know how [our clients] are feeling, and it’s interesting. In our organization, everyone knows when it’s NPS day because from John W. [Allen] throughout the organization, we’re getting the NPS results and we’re jumping on any negative feedback like a pack of wolves.”
Recently, G&A hit 100,000 worksite employees, marking a significant milestone in the company’s history. Allen says that G&A now ranks amongst the top 10 largest PEOs in the country.
Allen, who leads the sales team, also shares how he and his team stay motivated when selling PEO services, which can be difficult at times, especially for new salespeople.
“The message to the new folks is just keep working hard,” says Allen. “Build pipeline. Take your lumps. In a year or two, things are going to snowball and take off.”
