G&A Partners Acquires Salt Lake’s Core Innovative Solutions

HOUSTON – March 5, 2009 – G&A Partners, an integrated Texas-based Human Resource (HR) and administrative services company, announced today that it has acquired Core Innovative Solutions, an HR services firm based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

As a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), G&A takes on integral HR and administrative functions for small to medium sized businesses and serves as co-employer to their employees so business owners can dedicate their talent and resources to growing their businesses. Until recently, G&A was focused primarily on growing its own business within its home state of Texas, but as part of a regional expansion strategy, the PEO is now beginning to build a presence in the Western part of the United States.

Core’s management team, which has tremendous industry experience and invaluable knowledge of the marketplace, will be retained by G&A to manage operations in Salt Lake and assist with business development in the western region. Included among the Salt Lake team are Aaron Call, co-founder of Core Innovative Solutions, Stanton Call, co-founder and local Salt Lake business and civic leader, and Barry Roberts, account executive.

As G&A builds its client base in Utah and beyond, Allen anticipates Salt Lake serving as a hub for its Western region sales operations, service delivery, process management and technical support.

Allen, who is a Salt Lake native himself, is especially excited about the partnership between G&A Partners and Core Innovative Solutions. Allen grew up in Salt Lake City until his family moved to Las Vegas when he was 13. He later returned to Utah to attend both the University of Utah and Brigham Young University. Allen’s local lineage includes a great-great grandfather who was a member of Salt Lake’s city council in the early 1900s.
