February 26, 2025 – HOUSTON — G&A Partners, a leading national professional employer organization (PEO) and human resources outsourcing (HRO) provider, is celebrating 30 years of delivering best-in-class HR solutions that allow entrepreneurs to focus their time and energy on achieving core business objectives and engaging employees.

In 1991, “Tony” Grijalva and Allen founded a successful CPA practice, Grijalva & Allen, P.C. After venturing into temporary staffing with G&A StaffSourcing in 1995, the company strategically focused on its human resources and PEO business, which quickly increased in size, service offerings, and geographical reach to meet growing demand from small and mid-sized businesses. Rebranded as G&A Outsourcing in 2000 and again to G&A Partners in 2004, the company has experienced remarkable growth, now serving more than 4,400 clients and 100,000 worksite employees nationwide.
