G&A Partners Acquires ProSource’s Book Of Business

HOUSTON – January 1, 2013 – Effective immediately, G&A Partners, a Texas-based HR Outsourcer and Professional Employer Organization (PEO), acquired the book of business of ProSource Management Solutions, another Houston-based PEO. By adding ProSource’s 290 accounts to its growing client base, G&A is now the largest privately-held PEO in Texas with more than 600 clients and nearly 20,000 worksite employees in 26 states and Latin America.

Grijalva added that by acquiring ProSource’s book of business, and not the company itself, the transaction would cause no impact or disruption to the consistency and continuity of the firm’s operations. According to Grijalva, for G&A clients, employees, and partners, it is business as usual.
